Asymmetric Watts linkage now allows for non-optimum orientation.
To optimally compensate for errors, the ratio of the upper and lower arms and the ratio of the link lengths should be the same, with the shortest arm connecting to the longest link. This restriction is now removed.

Mumford links are now full asymmetric.
A new tool has been added, Tools -> Mumford to enable the design of both a conventional symmetric Mumford linkage and a fully asymmetric Mumford linkage.

The Watts linkage has been updated to support an offset pivot location, with an offset Watts lever and unequal length lateral links.

The various Geometry input dialogs also have a basic graphic display. These have been updated to display correctly.

Replaced the CHM format help file with eWriter help file.
An eWriter eBook is WebHelp stored in a single file. In addition to use as normal eBooks, it is a modern alternative to the obsolete CHM help format for documenting software applications on Windows machines. The eWriter format combines the benefits of CHM and WebHelp, eliminating the disadvantages of both and providing unique security features.

Added a "Stacked" option to the Display Control.
Go to Settings -> Settings -> Display -> Background.
There are now three options for the control panel format: Vertical, Horizontal and Stacked.

Refactored the MonoWheel code to improve performance.
Although only a single wheel suspension, some sections of code performed calculations for the "missing" wheel.

Added a Cascade option for all open inputs.
Go to Windows -> Cascade.
This will cascade all open input dialogs and stack them so that all captions are visible.

Added an option to view the bellcrank centred in the screen viewing along the bellcrank axis.
Go to Display -> Xtras.
Choose either the LH or RH bellcrank and it will be positioned in the centre of the display, looking along the bellcrank axis.
The display can be rotated if required. A positive angle will rotate clockwise.

Fixed a few instances where the font size didn't scale correctly on hi dpi devices.
