Updated the threaded calculations to use task manager.
The task manager includes a number of advanced features for running tasks, joining tasks, waiting on groups of tasks, etc. to process. For all this, there is a thread pool that self tunes itself automatically (based on the load on the CPU’s) so you do not have to care about creating or managing threads for this purpose.

Updated the calculation threads to pass errors back to the main thread.
This is to ensure that any calculation exceptions or errors are reported back to the main SusProg3D app.

Updated the Excel interface with additional error reporting.
Specifically to identify an installation problem with Office365.
